OUR SCHOOL HOLIDAY CAMPS PROVIDE CHILDREN WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE ALL YEAR AROUND! We believe that a love of physical activity should be instilled in all children, giving them the foundation to lead a healthy, active lifestyle; this is the ethos of our camps. In term time, we are PE experts and specialist sports coaches. We support schools to enhance the quality of physical activity, PE and school sport. During the holidays we want to continue offering opportunities for children to be active! However, we don't just stop at physical activity; our camps are full of other engaging activities such as fun games, arts and crafts!
Camp notes
**PAYMENT OPTIONS**
We accept online card payments, and for the convenience of our parents we also are registered to accept numerous childcare voucher schemes and the GOV TFC scheme payments.*
*For bookings made WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS of camp attendance an IMMEDIATE CARD PAYMENT will be required at the checkout. Card payments are the only way to guarantee / secure your booking. If you still wish to pay via childcare voucher or tax free scheme, please continue to checkout with a card and we will REFUND YOUR CARD payment AFTER this voucher has reached us.
NB: Card refunds can take up to 5 working days to process. IMPORTANT NOTE: If your booking is MORE THAN 5 WORKING DAYS in advance of attendance and checkout is completed WITHOUT A CARD PAYMENT your booking will remain unconfirmed pending receipt of payment from your TFC or voucher provider. This transaction can take 3-5 working days to clear in our account so please make this transaction as soon as the checkout has been completed. SCREENSHOTS will not be accepted as proof of payment.
VOUCHERS AND TFC PAYMENT ARE CHECKED TWICE A WEEK. IF YOUR PAYMENT HASN'T CLEARED YOU MAY TO ASKED TO MAKE A CARD PAYMENT TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING OTHERWISE YOUR BOOKING MAY BE CANCELLED.
Information for parents:-
If you have booked your child on for a 9:00am start then registration will open at 8:55am.

Look out for the Move More banners and uniform as there are other activities that take place at this site throughout the holidays.
Codes – On registering on our website you will have chosen a pick up code, this will need to be quoted to the camp leader when you pick your child up. This procedure is to ensure we are sending children home with the correct adult.
What to bring:-
-Comfortable clothing & footwear suitable for physical activity
-A packed lunch & snacks – No nuts or nut based snacks please!
-Waterproofs – We would like to be outside as much as possible, so please ensure your child has clothes for the British weather!
-Refillable water bottle
-Medication – Please fill in and email a medication form to camps@move-more.org You can download a medication form from www.move-more.org/information-for-parents
What not to bring:
-Screens, tablets or mobile phones
-Money, jewellery or other valuables
-No nuts or nut based snacks
