The Mighty Movers programme for children aged 2-4, forms a key part of our work to instil a love of physical activity within all children, so they develop a positive, lifelong attitude to moving more!

Here at Mighty Movers we take a holistic approach to child development, using physical activity to give children the foundations and confidence they need to gain the best start in life. Delivery will be underpinned by the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFSF) with a particular focus on its prime areas:
Communication and language
Physical development
Personal, social and emotional development

Our expertly designed sessions will support children’s physical development across 4 key fundamentals:
Agility
Balance
Coordination
Speed

Our weekly sessions where children will be given the opportunity to experience a wide range of fun and engaging activities and games alongside children of a similar ages. All sessions are led by our team of expert coaches, who are DBS checked and first aid qualified.
